为寻找一种适宜草莓贮藏保鲜的果蔬呼吸膜，在贮藏温度5℃，相对湿度70%的条件下，以未改性聚乙烯膜和裸放组草莓作为对照，对比研究丁苯橡胶改性低密度聚乙烯膜对草莓的贮藏保鲜气调效果。草莓的20 d贮藏保鲜试验结果表明，与对照组草莓保鲜效果相比，丁苯橡胶改性聚乙烯膜可使薄膜的透气性达到一个较适宜的草莓保鲜气氛环境，有效延缓草莓的腐烂及果肉品质的下降，具有较好的自发气调保鲜效果。

In order to obtain a suitable fruit respiratory membrane for strawberry storage, we use SBS modified LDPE packaging films on the preservation of strawberry at 5℃and RH 70%conditions for 20 days in this work. Unpacked and neat LDPE film packed strawberries are used as control groups. During the storage days, the best strawberry preservation effect are obtained by using SBS modified LDPE film. The film can improve the gas permeability and adjust the strawberry preservation gas concentration, slow the decay and decline of strawberry fruit quality, and thus extend the preservation of strawberry in low temperature environment.
