建立网络课程中辅导教师和学生的评价体系。辅导教师的评价从内容组织、外部配套和效果保障等3方面进行考察。学生的评价体系从团队协作创新、探究性学习能力、自主学习能力等3方面进行评价。通过2个学期的验证,这2方面的评价体系受到学生和辅导教师的好评,满意率高于传统课堂教学。

This paper establishes the evaluation system of tutors and students in the network courses. The three aspects of evaluation system for teachers are the content organization, external support and guarantee for the teaching. Students' evaluation system includes the evaluation for team cooperation and innovation, explore-learning ability and independent learning ability. Through the verification of the two semester, the evaluation systems are highly evaluated by the students and the tutors. The satisfaction rate for the network video courses' evaluation system is higher than that of the traditional classroom teaching.
