研究生教育是高层次人才的培养机制，随着研究生数量的增加，其管理方式亟待解决。校企联合既能巩固研究生的专业知识，又能提高科研创新和实践能力；还可以促进企业满足自身的经济效益，吸取更多优秀人才，增强企业的社会地位及市场竞争；对于理工科高等院校来说，联合培养可能是深化研究生教学改革、实现创新的重要举措。基于理工科研究生的培养实践，对校企联合培养基地模式下的协同创新人才培养模式进行探索，阐述联合培养的意义、方式、前景及利弊，旨在培养出更多高层次、高能力、高素质的优秀研究生人才。

Postgraduate education is a high-level personnel training mechanism, with the increase of number of students, its management methods need to be addressed. University-enterprises joint training model can not only consolidate the professional knowledge of graduate students, but also improve scientific research innovation and practical ability, and can also promote enterprises to meet their own economic benefit, absorb more outstanding talents., enhance social status and market competitiveness of enterprises. For science and engineering universities, the joint training may be an important measure to deepen the reform of graduate education and achieve innovation. Based on the practice of science and engineering graduate training, this paper explores the university-enterprises joint training mode, discusses the significance of joint training, way, prospects and the advantages and disadvantages, aims to train more high-level, high ability, high-quality excellent graduate talent.
