[目的]探讨在肾穿刺术病人中应用时间表式健康教育方法的效果。[方法]选取2013年2月─2014年2月在我科住院拟行肾穿刺术的108例病人，按照入院奇偶序号随机分为观察组和对照组各54例，观察组由经培训的专科护士根据时间表给予连续有针对性的指导教育，对照组按照整体责任制护理给予一般指导教育。[结果]观察组在术前紧张焦虑程度、护理工作满意度、相关知识掌握程度方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对肾穿刺病人按健康教育时间表进行指导，使病人术前情绪保持稳定，积极学习相关知识，配合医疗护理，降低了术后并发症，提高了护理工作满意度。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of schedule type of health education model for patients undergoing renal puncture.Methods:A total of 108 patients were selected who hospitalized and underwent renal biopsy from 2013 February to 2014 February,and they were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with the admission parity number,54 cases in each.The patients in observation group were given continuous and targeted guidance education by trained nurses based on the schedule,the patients in control group were given general guidance education in accordance with the overall responsibility system nursing.Re-sults:The preoperative anxiety and tension,nursing job satisfaction,mastering of related knowledge in observa-tion group were superior to that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:Guidance for renal biopsy patients based on health education schedule and make the patients'preop-erative mood remain stable,actively learn related knowledge and coordinate with medical care.It has reduced the postoperative complications and enhanced the nursing satisfaction.
