现阶段的土地变更调查大多采用遥感制图、航测制图、直接外业调绘、GPS采集变更数据，对于变更数据则需要返回室内人工编辑入库。这些模式入库繁冗、易出错。针对此类问题，本文提出了一种新的土地变更调查模式：基于GPS、嵌入式GIS和网络传输技术，采用PDA集成实现客户端与服务端同步更新地图，将数据实时存储。在此过程中充分考虑网络盲区、局部服务中断和多用户数据的影响，并提出有效解决方法，通过程序实验论证了此模式的可行性。

Remote Sensing mapping, aerial mapping, field data acquisition and GPS are widely used for the land change surveys, and data editing and storage wil be accomplished manual y for these traditional methods, making the processing inconvenient and error prone. A new method is proposed in this paper. This method depended on GPS, embedded GIS, network and personal digital assistant updates the protean map and storages the data in time between client and server. Network blind sports and the number of user wil generate bad ef ect, and ef icient measures are proposed. Final y, feasibility of the proposed method is tested.
