目的:探讨红细胞分布宽度( RDW)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心病(冠心病)冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法将697例患者根据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组453例和非冠心病组244例,比较2组患者的临床资料,并对冠心病危险因素进行多元logistic回归分析。结果冠心病组RDW水平高于非冠心病组,多元logistic回归分析显示RDW值与冠心病独立相关;以冠脉病变支数将所有患者分为4组进行RDW值比较,发现随着病变支数增加,RDW值逐渐升高;多元逐步回归分析显示RDW值与冠心病冠脉病变严重程度独立相关,RDW值越高,冠脉病变越严重(β=0?.282, P =0.000)。结论 RDW与冠心病冠脉病变严重程度密切相关,RDW升高可能是冠心病冠脉病变严重程度的一个预测指标。

Objective To explore the correlation between red blood cell distribution width ( RDW) and the severity of coronary lesions .Methods According to the results of coronary angiography ,the 697 patients were divided into coronary heart disease group ( n =453 ) and non-coronary heart disease group ( n =244 ) .The clinical data were compared between two groups and risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed by multivariant logistic regression analysis .Results The levels of RDW in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in non -coronary heart disease group .RDW values were increased with the increase of coronary lesions severity .Multivariant logistic regression analysis showed that RDW value was independently associated with coronary heart disease and the severity of coronary lesions .The higher RDW values , the severer coronary lesions (β=0.282, P <0.01).Conclusion RDW is closely correlated with the severity of coronary le-sions,and the increase of RDW may be an independent predictor for the severity of coronary heart disease .
