2009年我国事业单位实行绩效工资体制以来,具有代表性的事业单位———高等院校开始了绩效工资制的改革,这对于加强高校人才队伍建设、提高高校竞争优势、实施人才强国战略具有重要的意义。阐述了绩效工资的基本含义,以河北医科大学为例,分析了河北高校绩效工资改革的现状,探讨了高校绩效工资改革存在的问题,提出了我国高校实施绩效工资制的对策。

ABSTRACT:Since implementing the performance salary system in China’s institutions in 2009, colleges and universities, the representative institutions, began to implement the reform of performance salary system, which possesses important significance for strengthening the talent team construction of colleges and universities, improving the competitive advantage in colleges and universities, and implementing the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. This paper expounds the basic connotations of the performance salary, and taking Hebei Medical University as an example,analyzes the current status of the reform of performance salary system in Hebei’s colleges and universities, probes into the problems existing in the reform of performance salary system in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures for implementing the performance salary system in China’s colleges and universities.
