探讨了新常态下山西实施“六大发展”对科技创新的迫切需求，分析了当前山西科技创新发展存在的主要短板，提出了培育引进创新创业高层次人才、加快发展科技服务业、促进科技成果落地转化、部署重点产业科技创新等加快补齐科技创新短板的主要措施。

탐토료신상태하산서실시“륙대발전”대과기창신적박절수구，분석료당전산서과기창신발전존재적주요단판，제출료배육인진창신창업고층차인재、가쾌발전과기복무업、촉진과기성과락지전화、부서중점산업과기창신등가쾌보제과기창신단판적주요조시。
ABSTRACT:This paper probes into the urgent demand of implementing“six developments”in Shanxi Province for sci-tech innovation, analyzes the main short-boards currently existing in Shanxi’s sci-tech innovation, and puts forward some main measures for making up the short-boards of sci-tech innovation such as cultivating and introducing high-level talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, speeding up the development of sci-tech services, promoting the transformation of scientific and-tech achievements, and deploying key industries’ sci-tech innovation, etc.
