盾构施工在各大城市应用越来越广泛,盾构施工隧道质量控制是工程质量控制的关键部分。本文以天津地铁3号线13标盾构左线隧道为依托,通过盾构隧道施工质量控制过程,采用ABC分析法,找出影响隧道质量的关键因素,再运用因果分析图法,分析关键因素的内在原因,PDCA循环控制,最终提高了盾构隧道施工质量,取得满意效果。

With more and more Shield tunnel widely constructed in big city, quality control in Shield tunnel construction is the key part of the project quality control. Base on right tunnel building by shied of the part marked 13 o f Tianjin Metr o Line 3, it final y improved the quality of shield tunnel through process of the construction quality control of shield tunneling. The process is to find out the key factors that affect the quality of the tunnel by“ABC Analysis”, then the internal reason that lead to the factors before by “Causal Analysis Diagram”, and then Final y improved the tunnel quality control level through the repeated use of“PDCA Cycle” .
