HXD型烟丝干燥机的132KW风机运行时需要对轴承箱进行水冷,冷却水是动力车间处理过的软水,冷却后直接排入下水道,每年浪费约2500吨的软水。本文通过改造烟丝干燥机软水系统管路,增加电磁阀、温度传感器、I/O模块等电控元件,修改PLC控制程序,实现了风机冷却水的循环利用,减少水资源的浪费。

Airflow drying machine (HXD) of 132 kw water-cooled fan runtime to bearing box, cooling water is treated soft water power workshop, after cooling is directly discharged into sewers, each year about 2500 tons of waste water softening.This article line by reforming the airflow drying silk machine, soft water system, increase the solenoid valve, temperature sensors, electronic control components such as I/O module, modify the PLC control program, realized the fan cooling water recycling, reduce the waste of water resources.
