由于在较狭窄的地铁线路中安装的设备、电线及电缆等较多,机车在带电试运行前,需对地铁全线的限界进行严格检测及复测,当确定地铁全线限界全部合格后,才允许机车送电运行。通过大量的试验和改进,创新性地研制出了地铁限界的检测装置及相关技术,既满足了对沿线建筑物或设备是否侵限的准确检测,又在一定程度上降低了测量成本。

ABSTRACT:Because of the larger amounts of mounted equipment, wires and cables in the narrow subway lines, the strict inspection and retest on whole subway lines’ limitation bounds should be carried out before locomotive’s charged pilot running, only when confirming the whole subway lines’ limitation bounds to be qualified, the locomotive can be allowed to run with electricity. Through lots of experiments and improvements,a subway lines’limitation bounds detection device and relevant technologies were developed innovatively, which can not only accurately detect whether the buildings or equipment along the lines exceed the bounds but also reduce the detection cost to a certain extent.
