在福州某模拟机房模拟干燥工况(干球温度29~35℃,湿球温度18~23℃)下,通过对新型复合式露点间接蒸发冷却空调机组进行试验测试,结果表明:最佳二/一次风量比为0.72,最佳淋水量为450L/h,22.5℃循环水对应的湿球效率为115%,16℃自来水对应的湿球效率为121%。机组在最佳工况下运行30min 需要消耗2.62L 的水。

A range of drying conditions:29 ~35 ℃ dry bulb temperature and 18 ~23 ℃ wet bulb temperature has been simula-ted in Fuzhou experimental base from January 6 to 18.By means of a novel combined dew point indirect evaporative air condition-ing unit tests,the results showed that the best secondary to primary air ratio is 0.72,the best spary water quantity is 450 L/h,the wet-bulb efficiency of 22.5℃ circulating water temperature is 115% and the wet-bulb efficiency of the 16℃ tap-water tempera-ture is 121%.Units in the best condition to run 30 minutes consumes 2.62L of water.
