目的：研究肺栓塞的治疗中，及时确诊患者的病情和采取合适的方法进行治疗，对患者的治疗效果及预后的影响。方法在2009年1月至2013年1月期间，我院共接待诊治急性肺栓塞患者78例，根据入院后到确诊所间隔的时间长短，将患者分为2组，即对照组(未及时诊断和治疗，确诊时间超过2周)和观察组(诊断时间少于 2周)。观察组经过确诊后进行相关的针对肺栓塞的药物治疗，对照组由于没有及时确诊患者的病情，仅仅针对患者的临床症状进行治疗。在这78例患者住院治疗阶段，观察并记录患者病情的变化，比较分析治疗效果，患者出院半年后，了解患者病情是否反复和患者的健康状况。结果确诊并进行治疗后，所有患者肺栓塞恢复状况的各项指标都有很大程度的改善，尤其是观察组的恢复情况。患者半年后的跟踪情况表明，该病的复发率基本无差异。结论及时确诊患者的病情并采取合理的方法进行治疗，对患者的治疗效果有很明显的作用，能够提高治愈率，但是对于患者后期病情的发展情况没有明显的影响。
목적：연구폐전새적치료중，급시학진환자적병정화채취합괄적방법진행치료，대환자적치료효과급예후적영향。방법재2009년1월지2013년1월기간，아원공접대진치급성폐전새환자78례，근거입원후도학진소간격적시간장단，장환자분위2조，즉대조조(미급시진단화치료，학진시간초과2주)화관찰조(진단시간소우 2주)。관찰조경과학진후진행상관적침대폐전새적약물치료，대조조유우몰유급시학진환자적병정，부부침대환자적림상증상진행치료。재저78례환자주원치료계단，관찰병기록환자병정적변화，비교분석치료효과，환자출원반년후，료해환자병정시부반복화환자적건강상황。결과학진병진행치료후，소유환자폐전새회복상황적각항지표도유흔대정도적개선，우기시관찰조적회복정황。환자반년후적근종정황표명，해병적복발솔기본무차이。결론급시학진환자적병정병채취합리적방법진행치료，대환자적치료효과유흔명현적작용，능구제고치유솔，단시대우환자후기병정적발전정황몰유명현적영향。
Objective To study the influence of timely diagnosis and treatment on curative effect and prognosis of patients with acute pulmonary embolism.Methods 78 patients with acute pulmonary embolism from January 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital were collected.According to diagnosis time, the patients were divided into two groups,control group (without timely diagnosis and treatment,the diagnosis time was more than two weeks)and observation group (diagnosis time was less than two weeks).The patients in observation group were treated with drugs related with pulmonary embolism after diagnosis,and the patients in control group were only treated for the clinical symptoms.During the hospital,the condition of patients was observed,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Half an year after discharged from hospital,it is understanded if the patients'condition was repeated and the health status of the patients.Results After treatment,the indicators of all patients with pulmonary embolism had significantly improved,especially in the observation group.After half an year , the follow-up showed that there was no statistical significance in the recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusions Timely diagnosis and rational treatment have obvious effect for the patients with acute pulmonary embolism,can improve the cure rate,but have no apparent effect on the development situation of later disease.
