Multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis%Electronic bronchoscope
目的:分析针对耐多药肺结核患者的化疗方案联合支气管注药方案对该类患者的临床疗效。方法取本院2008—2011年收治耐多药肺结核患者80例,根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均采用6LfxCmPaZPto/18LfxPaZPto 化疗方案,观察组同时加用支气管镜三联注药治疗2个月。比较两组临床表现、细菌学及影像学表现等。结果观察组及对照组临床表现有效率差别不明显,但观察组的早期痰菌阴转情况、影像学吸收情况均优于对照组。结论对于耐多药肺结核患者,在应用核心化疗方案基础上早期给予局部支气管内电子支气管镜注药治疗能增加患者早期痰菌阴转率,促进病灶吸收。

목적:분석침대내다약폐결핵환자적화료방안연합지기관주약방안대해류환자적림상료효。방법취본원2008—2011년수치내다약폐결핵환자80례,근거치료방법불동수궤분위관찰조화대조조。량조균채용6LfxCmPaZPto/18LfxPaZPto 화료방안,관찰조동시가용지기관경삼련주약치료2개월。비교량조림상표현、세균학급영상학표현등。결과관찰조급대조조림상표현유효솔차별불명현,단관찰조적조기담균음전정황、영상학흡수정황균우우대조조。결론대우내다약폐결핵환자,재응용핵심화료방안기출상조기급여국부지기관내전자지기관경주약치료능증가환자조기담균음전솔,촉진병조흡수。
Objective To study the curative effects of electronic bronchoscope drug-injection combined with chemotherapy in multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 80 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from 2008 to 201 1 were randomly divided into experience group and contol group.All patients adopt the same chemotherapy (6LfxCmPaZPto/18LfxPaZPto,and the experience group also received electronic bronchoscope drug-injection for two months.The clinical manifestations,sputum negative conversion rate at different times,and image performance of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the clinical manifestations between the two groups.The sputum negative conversion rate and the lesion absorption in the experience group were better than those in the control group.Conclusions Using electronic bronchoscope drug-injection earlier based on the core chemotherapy can increase the sputum negative conversion rate and improve the lesion absorption.
