目的：探讨老年人肺部感染的影像学表现及诊疗价值，以提高对老年肺部感染的临床及影像表现的认识。方法回顾性分析我院2013年6月—2014年6月经多次痰检、治疗后随访及穿刺病理活检证实的40例肺部感染患者的影像学资料。结果老年肺部感染的影像学表现复杂多变，形态各异，多肺段改变，有炎性实变、肿块及结节灶、周围晕征、空洞、曲霉菌球等，其中其中23例伴有基础性疾病。结论老年肺部感染，常并存或继发基础疾病，其肺部表现有时不典型，但需要重视老年肺部感染的及时检查。
목적：탐토노년인폐부감염적영상학표현급진료개치，이제고대노년폐부감염적림상급영상표현적인식。방법회고성분석아원2013년6월—2014년6월경다차담검、치료후수방급천자병리활검증실적40례폐부감염환자적영상학자료。결과노년폐부감염적영상학표현복잡다변，형태각이，다폐단개변，유염성실변、종괴급결절조、주위훈정、공동、곡매균구등，기중기중23례반유기출성질병。결론노년폐부감염，상병존혹계발기출질병，기폐부표현유시불전형，단수요중시노년폐부감염적급시검사。
Objective: to investigate the elderly lung infection imaging and treatment value, in order to improve lung infections in elderly clinical and imaging ifndings of understanding.Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital in June 2013 to June 2014 menstrual multiple sputum, follow-up after treatment and needle biopsy conifrmed 40 cases of pulmonary infections in patients with imaging data. TheResults: elderly lung infection imaging complex, shapes, and more lung segment changes, inlfammatory consolidation, lumps and nodules, surrounded by the halo sign, empty, Aspergillus ball, among which 23 cases with basic diseases. Conclusions: Elderly lung infection, often coexist or secondary underlying disease, pulmonary manifestations sometimes it is not typical, but need to pay attention to the elderly lung infections promptly checked.
