目的::探讨新疆医科大学临床专业2012-2013级本科班、本硕班及留学生PBL教学法在心血管内科的应用。方法:将接受心律失常等心血管内科有关章节教学的学生随机分为两组,其中实验组使用以提出问题为基础的PBL教学法,对照组使用传统的教学法。结果:针对心律失常等心血管内科有关章节的考核,实验组考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对实验组与对照组关于教学方法的感兴趣程度进行问卷调查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心律失常等心血管内科有关章节使用PBL教学法有利于提高学生学习兴趣,提高学生心血管内科的知识水平和临床应用能力,PBL教学方法在心血管内科教学过程中具有满意的应用效果。

Objective:To investigate the application of PBL teaching method in Cardiovascular Internal Medicine among XinJiang Medical University of grades 2012-2013 undergraduates, postgraduates, foreign students. Method:The students were divided into two groups who took the course of arrhythmia of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine. One is the experimental group which is taught by problem-asking based PBL teaching method, the other is contrast group which was given the traditional teaching method. Results:For the examine of arrhythmia of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine, the result of experimental group was much better than the contrast group’s, the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05). By means of experimental groups and contract groups questionnaire survey was conducted about the teaching method of interested degree, the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching method in arrhythmia of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine could improve students, interest in learning, enhance students, knowledge level of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine and the clinical application capabilities. The PBL teaching method in Cardiovascular Internal Medicine had a satisfactory application effect.
