本试验对疑似布鲁氏菌病的样本进行了病原分离,采用血清学试验、染色镜检、PCR和基因克隆测序对分离菌株进行了鉴定。结果表明,4株分离菌株均为布鲁氏菌属细菌,与布鲁氏菌参考菌株的核苷酸同源性为99.52%~100%。采用AMOSPCR对4株分离菌株进行种特异性鉴定,结果显示,1株为猪种布鲁氏菌,3株为牛种布鲁氏菌。
本試驗對疑似佈魯氏菌病的樣本進行瞭病原分離,採用血清學試驗、染色鏡檢、PCR和基因剋隆測序對分離菌株進行瞭鑒定。結果錶明,4株分離菌株均為佈魯氏菌屬細菌,與佈魯氏菌參攷菌株的覈苷痠同源性為99.52%~100%。採用AMOSPCR對4株分離菌株進行種特異性鑒定,結果顯示,1株為豬種佈魯氏菌,3株為牛種佈魯氏菌。
본시험대의사포로씨균병적양본진행료병원분리,채용혈청학시험、염색경검、PCR화기인극륭측서대분리균주진행료감정。결과표명,4주분리균주균위포로씨균속세균,여포로씨균삼고균주적핵감산동원성위99.52%~100%。채용AMOSPCR대4주분리균주진행충특이성감정,결과현시,1주위저충포로씨균,3주위우충포로씨균。
In order to provide technical reference for laboratory diagnosis of cow brucellosis, the bacteria were isolated from suspected brucellosis cases. The isolated bacteria were identiifcated by serological method,stalning and microscopy,PCR and gene cloning and sequencing method. The results showed that the four isolated bacteria were Brucella,the homology of nucleotide between four isolated bacteria and two reference stralns were 99.52%~100%. The species speciifcity of four isolated bacteria were identiifcated by AMOS PCR method,the results showed that a bacterial straln was B.suis and three stralns of bacteria were B.abortus.
