Wang Yangming is an outstanding thinker and statesman.He put forward the concept of human -based state governance,the principles of development -based governance,the development thought on bringing initiatives of all the people into full play,the strict and rational management system,various kinds of moral edu-cation,and the policy of making appointment on merits and encouraging to give advice,so as to create a rich and deep ideological system of governance and reflect the wisdom in the traditional state governance of the Chinese people.
