人类自然审美欣赏方法由三者组成，曰观物、格物与体物。观物乃以感官感知自然对象与环境的外在感性表象与特性，格物言以认知理性深入认知与理解自然对象与环境之内在特性与功能；体物谓超越人类利益诸求，以同情之态度体验自然对象与环境之内在价值、生存境遇和生态功能。观物乃自然审美之感知基础层，格物乃自然审美之认知深化层；体物乃自然审美之综合超越层。感知、认知与德性分别构成此三方法之要素。此三者由浅入深、相互结合，构成恰当、完善的自然审美方法体系。

The method of aesthetic appreciation of the nature by human beings is composed of three parts:view expressed of things,investigation of things and body composition.Watching of natural objects is based on sensory perception and external appearance and features of the perceptual environment.In -depth investigation of things is made by rational cognitive knowledge and understanding of the intrinsic properties of natural objects and the environment and function.Physical things that transcend all human interests seek to sympathize the atti-tude to experience the intrinsic value of natural objects and the environment,living situation and ecological func-tions.View of things is the basic -layer perception of the natural beauty,and cognitive phenomena of nature are the deepening -layers of the natural beauty.Integrated beyond physical layer is the body of the natural beauty. Perception,cognition and moral elements are important factors which are respectively for each of these three methods.From the surface level to the undersurface level,the three are combined with one another to form a proper and perfect natural aesthetic methodology.
