教师培训是提升教师专业发展能力的重要途径和有效方式。为了提高教师培训的有效性和针对性,采用开放性问卷调查法和统计学方法对河南省初中数学教师教学中面临的问题进行调查,对结果进行分析。针对调查结果,从调整培训内容、改革培训方式、优化培训者结构和科学评价和监测培训效果等4个方面给出了培训建议。

Teacher training is an important and effective way to enhance teachers’ professional development. In order to improve the validity and relevance of teacher training, we used the open questionnaire and statistical methods to the teaching problems faced by mathematics teacher of junior high school in Henan Province, and the results were analyzed. Based on these findings, we give training advice in four aspects:adjust training content, reform the training approach, optimize the composition and structure of the trainers and evaluate and monitor scientifically the effectiveness of training.
