目的：探讨舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉应用在宫腔镜电切术中的临床效果，为临床应用做出指导。方法选择我院自2010年3月至2012年3月收治的72例需行宫腔镜电切术的患者为研究对象，完全随机分为两组。对照组给予瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉，观察组给予舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉，对比观察两组患者麻醉效果。结果①两组患者除术后VAS评分外，其余各项指标均无明显差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；②两组患者在麻醉诱导后心率（HR）及平均动脉压（MAP）明显低于其他时间节点，且观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉应用在宫腔镜电切术中的临床效果显著况，值得临床广泛推广。
목적：탐토서분태니여서분태니복합이병분마취응용재궁강경전절술중적림상효과，위림상응용주출지도。방법선택아원자2010년3월지2012년3월수치적72례수행궁강경전절술적환자위연구대상，완전수궤분위량조。대조조급여서분태니복합이병분마취，관찰조급여서분태니복합이병분마취，대비관찰량조환자마취효과。결과①량조환자제술후VAS평분외，기여각항지표균무명현차이，무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；②량조환자재마취유도후심솔（HR）급평균동맥압（MAP）명현저우기타시간절점，차관찰조명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론서분태니복합이병분마취응용재궁강경전절술중적림상효과현저황，치득림상엄범추엄。
ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effects of lsufentanil and remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in the use of hysteroscopic electrosurgery,which made guidance for clinical application.Methods Selected 72 cases patients admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were divided into observation group(given sufentanil combined with propofol) and control group(given remifentanil combined with propofol), the anesthetic effects of two groups were compared. Results①In addition to postoperative VAS score,the other indexes of two gropes had no statistically significant(P>0.05);②After anesthetic induction the HR and MAP of two groups were lower than the other time, and the HR and MAP of observation group were beter than that of control group, the difference was statisticaly signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol have signiifcant effects in the use of hysteroscopic electrosurgery,which is worthy of clinical widely.
