利用化学气相沉积的方法,制备出纳米氧化锌螺旋结构。通过 X 射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等手段对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,样品具有超均匀的新颖螺旋结构,这种结构基于Sb 诱导的VS机制,使组成螺旋的各纳米棒生长方向沿6个等价的<011-1>方向。

Zinc oxide nanohelices were synthesized on silicon substrates by chemical vapor deposition.The morphologies and structures of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanned electron microscopy and high resolution transmission elec-tron microscopy.Careful examining results revealed that ZnO nanohelices have perfect hexagonal cross section.There are six sticks in each period of the helices,and they grow along six equivalent directions〈0 1 1-1〉Owing to the Sb induced.
