目的：评价伽玛刀治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效、安全性及相关因素。方法回顾性分析2012年5月至2014年5月接受伽玛刀治疗的76例原发性三叉神经痛患者的临床资料，取三叉神经半月节神经根入脑干段为伽玛刀治疗靶点，采用4 mm准直器，1～2靶治疗，中心剂量为75～85 Gy，脑干边缘剂量为＜16 Gy。结果随访时间6~24个月。治愈53例，疗效显著12例，显效5例，无效6例，有效率92.1%（70/76），10.5%（8/76）出现面部感觉异常等并发症。结论伽玛刀治疗三叉神经痛安全有效,面部感觉异常等并发症可耐受。
목적：평개가마도치료삼차신경통적림상료효、안전성급상관인소。방법회고성분석2012년5월지2014년5월접수가마도치료적76례원발성삼차신경통환자적림상자료，취삼차신경반월절신경근입뇌간단위가마도치료파점，채용4 mm준직기，1～2파치료，중심제량위75～85 Gy，뇌간변연제량위＜16 Gy。결과수방시간6~24개월。치유53례，료효현저12례，현효5례，무효6례，유효솔92.1%（70/76），10.5%（8/76）출현면부감각이상등병발증。결론가마도치료삼차신경통안전유효,면부감각이상등병발증가내수。
Objective To evaluate the efifcacy and safety of Gamma knife for primary trigeminal neuraligia and the factors related to the effectiveness. Methods Seventy-six patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated by gamma knife were eligible for this retrospective analysis from May 2012 to May 2014. The treatment area was located in the root of trigeminal nerve and closed to with braln side. The radiotherapeutic target with the collimator of 4mm. One or two targets were placed along trigeminal nerve root. The central dose was between 75 Gy and 85 Gy,and the radiation dose at bralnstem surface was <16 Gy. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 24 months, Paln completely disappeared in 53 cases, 12 patients were effectively improved, 5 patients were improved and 6 patients were ineffective. The whole efifciency rate was about 92.1%(70/76), and there were 8 patients existed facial feeling disturbance. Conclusion For patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated by gamma knife SRT is safety and effective, facial feeling disturbance exists is tolerable.
