发现于天柱县的“春花鱼鳞册”在新出的清水江文书中具有重要的价值，对鱼鳞册所载“田主”身份的考察，结合清水江地区典田、借贷文契的特点，显示永佃制在当地耕地经营中已普遍存在。尽管鱼鳞册登载的耕地面积、范围看来不大，但对于了解清水江山地背景下耕地地权分配的状况，仍有一定的参考价值。
髮現于天柱縣的“春花魚鱗冊”在新齣的清水江文書中具有重要的價值，對魚鱗冊所載“田主”身份的攷察，結閤清水江地區典田、藉貸文契的特點，顯示永佃製在噹地耕地經營中已普遍存在。儘管魚鱗冊登載的耕地麵積、範圍看來不大，但對于瞭解清水江山地揹景下耕地地權分配的狀況，仍有一定的參攷價值。
발현우천주현적“춘화어린책”재신출적청수강문서중구유중요적개치，대어린책소재“전주”신빈적고찰，결합청수강지구전전、차대문계적특점，현시영전제재당지경지경영중이보편존재。진관어린책등재적경지면적、범위간래불대，단대우료해청수강산지배경하경지지권분배적상황，잉유일정적삼고개치。
The book of Chunhua and Yuling found in Tianzhu County is of great value in the new Qingshui-jiang Instruments.Based on the investigation of the status of the “landowner”together with the features in the documents for the pawn of fields and the loans,the permanent tenancy system was prevalent in the local arable operations.Even though the area and scope of arable field recorded in the Yuling book is not large,it still shows a certain reference value for the understanding of the situation of the distribution of the arable land in Qingshui-jiang mountainous region.
