城市化与产业集聚是经济社会发展的两大趋势，二者之间存在着密不可分的关系。本文通过理论与实证对二者进行相关性分析，发现二者之间存在相互促进关系，产业集聚通过要素集聚、产业结构优化升级、城市竞争力提升等途径促进城市化发展；而城市化通过要素禀赋提升、基础设施建设、制度环境营造等途径影响产业集聚。最后，提出促进二者协调发展的对策建议。
城市化與產業集聚是經濟社會髮展的兩大趨勢，二者之間存在著密不可分的關繫。本文通過理論與實證對二者進行相關性分析，髮現二者之間存在相互促進關繫，產業集聚通過要素集聚、產業結構優化升級、城市競爭力提升等途徑促進城市化髮展；而城市化通過要素稟賦提升、基礎設施建設、製度環境營造等途徑影響產業集聚。最後，提齣促進二者協調髮展的對策建議。
성시화여산업집취시경제사회발전적량대추세，이자지간존재착밀불가분적관계。본문통과이론여실증대이자진행상관성분석，발현이자지간존재상호촉진관계，산업집취통과요소집취、산업결구우화승급、성시경쟁력제승등도경촉진성시화발전；이성시화통과요소품부제승、기출설시건설、제도배경영조등도경영향산업집취。최후，제출촉진이자협조발전적대책건의。
Urbanization and industrial agglomeration are the two developmental trends in an economic socie-ty,and there is an inseparable relationship between them.In this paper,both theoretical and empirical approa-ches are applied to conduct an analysis of the correlation between them.The result indicates that there exists the relationship between them for mutual promotion.By means of element agglomeration,optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,the enhancement of the urban competitiveness,and other ways,industrial agglomeration promotes urban development.In return,urbanization promotes industrial agglomeration through a number of ap-proaches such as upgrading of endowments,infrastructure construction and creation of the institution environ-ment.Finally,the paper puts forward some proposals to promote the coordinated development of both of them.
