以铬酸-浓硫酸表面处理后的打印碳粉为基体,一定条件下水合肼与硫酸镍形成的[Ni(N2 H4)3]2+吸附在碳粉表面还原成均匀的镍单质层,得到镀镍打印碳粉微球.采用XRD、TGA、SEM和EDS等对镍晶相、镍含量、镍层厚度以及组成进行了分析和表征.结果表明:碳粉表面有效地包覆一层厚度约2μm、均匀致密、立方相多角的镍单质层,镍含量为44.5%.
以鉻痠-濃硫痠錶麵處理後的打印碳粉為基體,一定條件下水閤肼與硫痠鎳形成的[Ni(N2 H4)3]2+吸附在碳粉錶麵還原成均勻的鎳單質層,得到鍍鎳打印碳粉微毬.採用XRD、TGA、SEM和EDS等對鎳晶相、鎳含量、鎳層厚度以及組成進行瞭分析和錶徵.結果錶明:碳粉錶麵有效地包覆一層厚度約2μm、均勻緻密、立方相多角的鎳單質層,鎳含量為44.5%.

Under a certain condition [Ni(N2 H4 )3 ]2+ was formed by the reaction of the hydrazine hydrate with nickel sulfate.The nickel-coated toner was prepared by the redox reaction of [Ni(N2 H4 )3 ]2+ on the surface of the toner coarsened by chromic acid concentrated sulfuric acid.XRD,TGA,SEM and EDS measurements were used to characterize the crystalline phase,morphologies,thickness and content of nickel layer for the nickel-coated toner.The results showed the toner was uniformly coated by 2μm thick nickel,which belonged to the multangular cubic phase,and the nickel content was 44.5%.
