针对当前硬度计焊接钢质药筒热处理后检测中存在的问题,提出采用金属材料分选仪对焊接钢质药筒热处理后的硬度进行检测。通过现场试验,验证了使用金属材料分选仪在检测中的可靠性,并通过靶场退壳试验表明,应用金属材料分选仪进行检测,能有效地保证焊接钢质药筒的退壳性,并可实现大批量、高效率的锻件在线检测。
針對噹前硬度計銲接鋼質藥筒熱處理後檢測中存在的問題,提齣採用金屬材料分選儀對銲接鋼質藥筒熱處理後的硬度進行檢測。通過現場試驗,驗證瞭使用金屬材料分選儀在檢測中的可靠性,併通過靶場退殼試驗錶明,應用金屬材料分選儀進行檢測,能有效地保證銲接鋼質藥筒的退殼性,併可實現大批量、高效率的鍛件在線檢測。

For the problems in the current detection of welded steel cartridge after heat treatment by sclerometer,the paper proposed that using the metal materials sorter for hardness detection of the welded steel cartridge after heat treatment. Through field test,the reliability of the metal material sorter in detection was proved,and the ej ection experiment was made in shooting range.The ej ection experiment showed that the metal material sorter can effectively ensure ej ector resistance of welded steel cartridge and can achieve the online detection of high-volume and high efficiency forging.
