电点火具作为一种特殊能源,具有能量质量比高和输入输出能量可控的特点,在武器弹药中的首发性和作用敏感性决定了它应具有较高的可靠性及安全性。随着科学技术的不断创新及产品的更新换代,对火工品的安全性要求越来越严格。产品的试验方法与产品的设计生产具有同样的重要性,产品是否符合技术要求应通过试验进行检验,试验方法及操作方法的合理性决定着产品的质量状态,也是检验产品质量的最后一道关口。本文分别从理论设计与实际试验操作中分析了某型电点火具安全电流内发火的原因,采取了针对性措施并通过了试验验证,规范了试验方法及操作方法,解决了安全电流内发火问题,消除了安全隐患。

As a special energy,electric igniter has high energy & mass ratio,input & output energy controllable,first firing and action sensitivity in weapons and ammunition has decided it must be higher reliable and safe.With the continuous innovation of science and technology and upgrading of products,the requirements to safety of initiators &pyrotechnics have become stricter and stricter.The test method and design & production of products possess the same important position,it must be through the test to check whether products meet the technical requirements.The rationality of test method &oper-ation method decides quality condition of products,which is also the last line of a gate to check quality of product.The pa-per analyzed the reasons about firing of no-firing currents for some electric igniter in theoretical design and practical test op-eration,and adopted corresponding measures.Through verification tests,test method and operation method have been standardized,the firing question of no-firing currents have been solved,potential safety hazard that accidental firing of no-firing currents has been eliminated.
