研究了退火工艺(退火方式,退火温度,速度,时间)对 WRe20热电偶丝材机械性能的影响.发现在1350℃,保温45 min 退火获得的0.4 mm 粗丝具有最佳的抗弯折性能;而0.104 mm 细丝采用连续退火工艺,在1100℃环境下以18 m/s 的速度退火,其抗拉强度和延伸率最好,同时随退火温度的升高,丝材的抗拉强度下降而延伸率升高;对于退火条件相同而直径不同的丝材,其延伸率随丝径的减小而减小.研究结果表明合理的退火工艺,可以显著改善加工性能,利于丝材的进一步加工,提高成品率.

Research of annealing process parameters (annealing method,the annealing temperature,speed, time,etc.)affect WRe20 thermocouple wire material mechanical properties.Found that 0.4 mm wire had best bending fold properties after 45 min annealing at 1 350 ℃;and 0.104 mm wire had best anti-tensile strength and elongation properties by the continuous annealing process,at 1 100 ℃ environment to speed 18 m/s annealing. With the increase of annealing temperature,the tensile strength of wire fell while elongation increases;for the wire in different diameters whose annealing conditions are basically the same,the elongation decreases with the decrease of the wire diameter.Show that reasonable annealing process,can significantly improve the processing performance,good for further processing of silk material,improve the yield.
