基层青年群众工作者需要可操作性强的策略，一方面志存高远，明确共青团工作的性质和地位，另一方面脚踏实地，抛弃“官”念，和青年一起提高认识、能力、见识。要发现、研究工作中具体问题，边干边研究。个人修为方面，心态要年轻化。
基層青年群衆工作者需要可操作性彊的策略，一方麵誌存高遠，明確共青糰工作的性質和地位，另一方麵腳踏實地，拋棄“官”唸，和青年一起提高認識、能力、見識。要髮現、研究工作中具體問題，邊榦邊研究。箇人脩為方麵，心態要年輕化。
기층청년군음공작자수요가조작성강적책략，일방면지존고원，명학공청단공작적성질화지위，령일방면각답실지，포기“관”념，화청년일기제고인식、능력、견식。요발현、연구공작중구체문제，변간변연구。개인수위방면，심태요년경화。
The grassroots -workers for the youth need strong operational strategies,on the one hand ,they should set a lofty as-pirations,and define the status and goals of the Communist Youth League,on the other hand,they should stand on solid ground,and abandon the "official"bureaucracy,and advocate the youth to improve the knowledge,ability,experience.To find out the specific problems in the grassroots work,with researching while working.In the aspect of personal moral cultiva-tion,they should remaln the mentality of young.
