盾构管片弧形钢板预埋件是三维空间,不是简单的平面问题,保证其设计位置有一定难度。依据某输电工程(电缆隧道)盾构管片生产线,提出采用双面胶粘贴法固定弧形钢板预埋件的方案,经过工程实际验证取得了良好效果,一方面较好保证了预埋件安装质量,另一方面节约了人工和材料费用。

Arc plate embedded parts of shield segment lining is three dimensional space, and it’ s not a simple plane problems. It’ s difficult to ensure the design position. According to the a power transmission project ( cable tunnel) production line of shield segment lining, double?sided adhesive paste method is presented in this paper to a fixed arc plate scheme of embedded parts. Engineering practice shows that good effect was obtained, the quality of the embedded parts installation was ensured and the labor and material cost has reduced.
