目的:建立鹿茸胃内仿生提取的最优工艺。方法以鹿茸细粉粒度、细粉与提取介质体积比、提取温度、转速、提取时间和提取次数作为试验因素,采用正交试验设计和单因素分析方法,以总氨基酸含量作为指标,进行鹿茸胃内仿生提取最优工艺研究。结果鹿茸胃内仿生提取最优工艺为院鹿茸细粉粒度100目,细粉与提取介质体积比1:50,提取温度37℃,转速50 r/min,提取时间1 h,提取次数1次。结论鹿茸仿生提取工艺稳定、可靠,初步实现了鹿茸在人体胃液中代谢过程,对鹿茸药效物质的开发及应用具有重要的研究意义。

목적:건립록용위내방생제취적최우공예。방법이록용세분립도、세분여제취개질체적비、제취온도、전속、제취시간화제취차수작위시험인소,채용정교시험설계화단인소분석방법,이총안기산함량작위지표,진행록용위내방생제취최우공예연구。결과록용위내방생제취최우공예위원록용세분립도100목,세분여제취개질체적비1:50,제취온도37℃,전속50 r/min,제취시간1 h,제취차수1차。결론록용방생제취공예은정、가고,초보실현료록용재인체위액중대사과정,대록용약효물질적개발급응용구유중요적연구의의。
Objective To develop the optimum process of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum stomach bionic extraction in vitro. Methods Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum powder particle size, volume ratio of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum powder with ex-traction medium, extraction temperature, speed, extraction time, frequency were used as factors, and the total content of amino acid in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum was used as index. The orthogonal test and single factor analysis methods to develop the optimum process of Cornu Ce rv i Pantotric hum stomach bionic extraction was used in v itro. Results The op-timum process:Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum powder particle size was 100 mesh, volume ratio of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum powder with extraction medium was 1:50, temperature was 37℃, speed was 50 r/min, extraction time was 1 h, frequency was 1. Conclusion The optimum process of Cornu Ce rv i Pantotric hum stomach bionic extraction in v itro is stable and reliable. It realizes the metabolism process for Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum in human gastric juice preliminarily and does important significance for the development and application of effective substance in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum.
