目的：探讨整合素α3β1在胃癌中的表达及其与临床各病理因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对115例胃癌及30例正常胃黏膜组织进行整合素α3β1检测。结果在胃癌组织中整合素α3β1的阳性表达率为74.5%，显著高于正常胃黏膜组织的阳性表达率6.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。整合素α3β1的表达强度与胃癌的 TNM 分期、分化程度及肿瘤浸润深度均有关（P <0.05）。结论整合素α3β1的表达水平可作为胃癌诊断及预后评估的指标。
목적：탐토정합소α3β1재위암중적표체급기여림상각병리인소지간적관계。방법채용면역조직화학방법대115례위암급30례정상위점막조직진행정합소α3β1검측。결과재위암조직중정합소α3β1적양성표체솔위74.5%，현저고우정상위점막조직적양성표체솔6.6%，차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。정합소α3β1적표체강도여위암적 TNM 분기、분화정도급종류침윤심도균유관（P <0.05）。결론정합소α3β1적표체수평가작위위암진단급예후평고적지표。
Objective To explore expression of integrin α3β1 in gastric cancer(GC)and its relationship with pathological factors. Methods Expression of integrin α3β1 in 115 cases of GC and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of integrin α3 β1 in GC tissues (74. 5% )was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues(6. 6% )(P < 0. 05). The expression level of in-tegrin α3β1 was associated with TNM staging,differentiation and tumor invasive depth of GC(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression level of integrin α3β1 can be an indicator for diagnosis and prognosis of GC.
