目的：了解广东省云浮市居民心理健康知识知晓率及对精神病态度的现状，分析相关的影响因素，为进一步推进精神卫生工作提供科学±据。方法2013年9月~2014年6月采用整群随机抽样方法，入组云浮市15岁及以上且居住半年以上的居民共4929名，对每名受试者使用心理健康知识知晓率及精神疾病态度问卷进行调查。结果心理健康知识知晓率总平均得分为（13.98±2.92）分，总体正确率为69.9%；对精神疾病患者态度总平均得分为（35.80±5.88）分；知识问卷得分与态度问卷得分呈正相关（r=0.06，P<0.01）。结论云浮市普通人群总体心理健康知识知晓率达到国家精神卫生规划的要求，普通群众对精神疾病的态度处于国内一般水平；精神卫生知识知晓率得分越高的人，对精神疾病越包容，精神卫生知识的普及应该进一步推进。
목적：료해광동성운부시거민심리건강지식지효솔급대정신병태도적현상，분석상관적영향인소，위진일보추진정신위생공작제공과학±거。방법2013년9월~2014년6월채용정군수궤추양방법，입조운부시15세급이상차거주반년이상적거민공4929명，대매명수시자사용심리건강지식지효솔급정신질병태도문권진행조사。결과심리건강지식지효솔총평균득분위（13.98±2.92）분，총체정학솔위69.9%；대정신질병환자태도총평균득분위（35.80±5.88）분；지식문권득분여태도문권득분정정상관（r=0.06，P<0.01）。결론운부시보통인군총체심리건강지식지효솔체도국가정신위생규화적요구，보통군음대정신질병적태도처우국내일반수평；정신위생지식지효솔득분월고적인，대정신질병월포용，정신위생지식적보급응해진일보추진。
Objective To investigate the residents' awareness of mental health knowledge and psychosis prevention and their attitude to psychiatric diseases in Yunfu City of Guangdong Province, analyze the influence of related factors, in order to provide the scientific basis for promoting mental health work. Methods 4929 subjects were investigated by cluster random sampling method from September 2013 to June 2014. All subjects were required age ≥ 15 year old and had been living in Yunfu City more than 6 month. The questionnalres about awareness of mental health and attitude to mental diseases were performed to each subject. Results The mean score of awareness of mental health was (13.98±2.92) scores, and its overall correct rate was 69.9%. The mean score of attitude towards patients with mental illness was (35.80±5.88) scores. The score of attitude was statistically significant increased with the score of awareness of mental health, which had positive correlation relationship (r=0.06, P < 0.01). Conclusion The overall awareness of mental health of residents in Yunfu City meets the standards of national mental health program. The attitude towards mental diseases of common people in Yunfu City is at the general level in the national. Those who with the higher score of awareness of mental health knowledge are more tolerant to the mental diseases. The popularization of mental health knowledge should be further promoted.
