利用连续流式反应器,以普通活性污泥为种泥,通过逐步缩短沉降时间和提升进水负荷培养亚硝化颗粒污泥,并对该过程进行考察。结果表明:系统运行125 d后,获得成熟的亚硝化颗粒污泥,颗粒污泥颜色为黄色,平均沉降速率达26.8 m/h,其中粒径大于0.58 mm的约占总数的99%;出水中亚硝酸盐累积率稳定在90%以上,亚硝酸盐累积速率达4.8 kg/(m3·d);高浓度游离氨(FA)与游离亚硝酸(FNA)是研究亚硝化成功实现的主要原因。

Nitrosifying granular sludge has been cultivated by using continuous-flow stirred tank reactors (CSTR), seeding ordinary activated sludge,shortening settling time gradually and upgrading influent load. This process has already been investigated. The results show that matured nitrosifying granular sludge can be obtained after the system has been operated for 125 days. The color of granular sludge is yellow,its average settling rate reaches 26.8 m/h,and 99%of the full amount of granular sludge has grain sizes bigger than 0.58 mm. The effuent nitrite accumulation rate is more than 90%. The cumulative rate of nitrite reaches 4.8 kg/(m3·d). The research on highly concentrated free am-monia(FA) and free nitrous acid(FNA) are the main reasons for the successful realization of the research on nitrosa-tion.
