钻孔封闭的目的是隔离有用矿体与水体的联系，避免开采时钻孔形成导水通道而危害矿井生产安全。针对钻探封孔质量现状及存在的问题，提出了在封孔设计、封孔施工和取样检查等环节的质量控制措施，并通过质量评价指标的细化和评价标准的量化，探讨了钻孔封闭质量评价与验收的方法。在已有钻孔质量验收标准的基础上，增加钻孔封闭质量指标的具体内容，可为准确地评价钻孔封闭质量提供依据。

The intent of borehole sealing is to isolate the relation between ore body and waters, avoids the formation of water conducted channel during drilling that endangering mine safety in production. In allusion to borehole sealing quality status quo and problems ex?isted, put forward quality control measures in sealing design, operation and sampling inspection processes then through quality assess?ment indices refinement and quantization of assessment criterion, discussed the way to assess borehole sealing quality and acceptance. On the basis of current available borehole quality acceptance criteria, further added specific contents of borehole sealing indices, thus provided basis for borehole sealing quality assessment correctly.
