实验研究了威灵仙提取液的制备及其对模拟工业循环冷却水中Q235钢的缓蚀性能。紫外吸收光谱、电化学极化曲线、阻抗谱以及腐蚀失重等实验结果表明,综合考虑溶出率与缓蚀率,80℃水溶提取效果好于醇、酸助提;提取液投加量为7.52×10-3 g/mL时对Q235钢的缓蚀率达92.1%、腐蚀速率降至0.0430 mm/a;缓蚀类型属于阳极型腐蚀抑制。

실험연구료위령선제취액적제비급기대모의공업순배냉각수중Q235강적완식성능。자외흡수광보、전화학겁화곡선、조항보이급부식실중등실험결과표명,종합고필용출솔여완식솔,80℃수용제취효과호우순、산조제;제취액투가량위7.52×10-3 g/mL시대Q235강적완식솔체92.1%、부식속솔강지0.0430 mm/a;완식류형속우양겁형부식억제。
The extract from clematis has been prepared and its corrosion inhibiting capacity for steel Q235 in simulated industrial circulating cooling water investigated. The results by UV-visible spectroscopy ,electrochemical polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and weight loss methods indicate that considering the dissolution rate and corrosion inhibiting rate comprehensively ,the water soluble extracting effect at 80℃is better than that of alcohol or acid extractant. When the dosage of extracted solution is 7.52 ×10-3 g/mL,the corrosion inhibiting rate for steel Q235 can reach 92.1%and corrosion rate can be reduced to 0.043 0 mm/a. The corrosion inhibition is of anodic type.
