为提高收获机械的自动化和智能化水平,针对其运行过程中运行状态参量的实时采集和运行故障的监测,提出了一种基于ARM嵌入式系统的收获机械状态监测系统方案。基于S3C2440A处理器,设计了状态监测系统的硬件电路和软件程序,并对故障特征参量提取算法进行了研究。经试验验证,该车载状态监测系统能实现联合收割机械所配置的各种传感信号的实时采集、处理和输出以及各种工作状态的识别和预警。

In order to improve the level of automation and intellectualization for harvesting machinery;aiming at the real time acquisition of the operating state parameters and for monitoring the operation faults, the state monitoring system based on ARM embedded system for harvesting machinery is proposed. Based on S3C2440A processor, the hardware circuits and software program of the state monitoring system are designed, and the research on the extraction algorithm of fault characteristic parameters is carried out. The experiments verify that this monitoring system implements real time acquisition, processing and output of various sensing signals related to the combined harvesting machinery, as well as identifies various operating states for warning and alarming.
