针对油井采出液原油含水率测量蒸馏化验方法存在操作过程繁杂、化验时间较长、计量误差大、油气污染重等问题,利用原油和水相对介电常数差别较大的原理,设计了一种特殊的电容、电阻测量传感器,并通过对影响因素的自动修正、数学模型模糊处理等技术手段,开发了一种能够快速测量取样桶内原油含水率的分析仪。该仪器彻底改变了油田多年来传统的原油含水率化验方式,将极大地提高油井采出液原油含水率测量的工作效率。
針對油井採齣液原油含水率測量蒸餾化驗方法存在操作過程繁雜、化驗時間較長、計量誤差大、油氣汙染重等問題,利用原油和水相對介電常數差彆較大的原理,設計瞭一種特殊的電容、電阻測量傳感器,併通過對影響因素的自動脩正、數學模型模糊處理等技術手段,開髮瞭一種能夠快速測量取樣桶內原油含水率的分析儀。該儀器徹底改變瞭油田多年來傳統的原油含水率化驗方式,將極大地提高油井採齣液原油含水率測量的工作效率。

The measuring method based on distillation and assay for determining the water content of crude oil taken out from oil well features many shortcomings, such as complex operation procedures, longer assay time, large metering error, and heavy pollutions of oil and gas, etc. Aiming at these problems, the special resistance and capacitance sensor is designed by adopting the principle of big difference of relative dielectric constant between oil and water;then through some of the technical measures, including automatic correction for influence factors, and fuzzy processing of mathematical model, etc. , the high speed analyzer that can measure water content of crude oil in sampling barrel is developed. The instrument thoroughly changes the traditional assay mode for water content of crude oil, and greatly heightens the operating efficiency for measuring water content in crude oil produced from the oil wells.
