高职院校大学生综合测评主要是对学生德、智、体等方面进行综合评定，也是评定国家奖助学金的重要参考依据，然而现行的测评系统还不系统化、不规范，没有形成体系，主要表现在德育测评完全量化缺乏科学性，定性评价不够、重结果轻过程，测评导向不清晰、设置不合理等。针对测评中存在的问题，我们提出了相应的解决办法，希望满足高职教育的实际需要，建立起以职业能力为核心，科学、合理、有效的学生综合素质测评体系，有利于学生整体素质的提升，推动职业院校应用型人才培养工作又好又快的发展。

A Comprehensive Assessment of vocational college students is malnly on their moral, intellectual, physical aspects, which is an important reference for the assessment of national scholarships. But the current evaluation system is unsystematic, non-standard, i.e., unscientific evaluation of moral quantification, insufficient qualitative evaluation, overweighing results instead of pro?cess, obscure evaluation, unreasonable setting. For the existing problems in evaluation, appropriate solutions were proposed to meet actual needs of vocational education by establishing a scientific, reasonable and effective assessment system of student comprehen?sive quality based on professional capacity, which helps improve students’all-round quality and promote the sound and rapid devel?opment of applied talents cultivation in vocational colleges.
