罗茨霍尔气体流量计具有测量精度高、测量范围宽以及性能稳定可靠等优点。根据罗茨霍尔气体流量计特点及其静态参数标定要求,分析了水标法、pVTt法、钟罩法和音速喷嘴法四种气体流量计的标定方法,以及它们各自的工作原理、工作装置和优缺点,并指出音速喷嘴法在流量范围、准确度、适应性、耐用性、经济性与维护方面都具有明显的优越性。最后确定音速喷嘴法可作为该气体流量计静态参数标定的最佳选择。

Roots-Hall gas flowmeter features advantages of high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range and stable performance, etc. In accordance with these features and calibration requirements of static parameters, four of existing calibration methods for gas flowmeter, i. e. , the calibration method using water, method, the bell jar method, and the sonic nozzle method, as well as their respective operational principle, working device, and advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. It is pointed out that sonic nozzle method features obvious superiority in flow range, accuracy, adaptability, durability, economy and maintenance. The conclusion is sonic nozzle method may be the best choice for static parameter calibration of the gas flowmeters.
