发球水平的高低反映在两个指标上,即发球速度和成功率。只有成功率没有速度或只有速度没有成功率都不能称为高水平发球。在竞技比赛中“一发”水平至关重要,但“二发”水平极大地影响着整场比赛发球的稳定性和整体水平。“二发”多以上旋球为主,从技术角度看,前臂肌群的快速力量应该是其关键影响因素之一。因而本研究采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、实验和数理统计等研究方法,通过武汉体育学院网球专选学生前臂肌群快速力量训练对上旋球发球水平影响的实验研究得出:1)实验选取的自变量,即网球运动员前臂肌群快速力量训练方法指标是合适的,其方法能较为有效地提高网球运动员前臂肌群的快速力量;2)针对训练方法选取的测量指标(因变量)是合理的,能够测量出前臂肌群快速力量训练的效果;3)实验组实施前臂肌群快速力量训练后,前臂肌群的快速力量、上旋球发球的成功率和速度优于对照组。
髮毬水平的高低反映在兩箇指標上,即髮毬速度和成功率。隻有成功率沒有速度或隻有速度沒有成功率都不能稱為高水平髮毬。在競技比賽中“一髮”水平至關重要,但“二髮”水平極大地影響著整場比賽髮毬的穩定性和整體水平。“二髮”多以上鏇毬為主,從技術角度看,前臂肌群的快速力量應該是其關鍵影響因素之一。因而本研究採用文獻資料、訪談、問捲調查、實驗和數理統計等研究方法,通過武漢體育學院網毬專選學生前臂肌群快速力量訓練對上鏇毬髮毬水平影響的實驗研究得齣:1)實驗選取的自變量,即網毬運動員前臂肌群快速力量訓練方法指標是閤適的,其方法能較為有效地提高網毬運動員前臂肌群的快速力量;2)針對訓練方法選取的測量指標(因變量)是閤理的,能夠測量齣前臂肌群快速力量訓練的效果;3)實驗組實施前臂肌群快速力量訓練後,前臂肌群的快速力量、上鏇毬髮毬的成功率和速度優于對照組。
발구수평적고저반영재량개지표상,즉발구속도화성공솔。지유성공솔몰유속도혹지유속도몰유성공솔도불능칭위고수평발구。재경기비새중“일발”수평지관중요,단“이발”수평겁대지영향착정장비새발구적은정성화정체수평。“이발”다이상선구위주,종기술각도간,전비기군적쾌속역량응해시기관건영향인소지일。인이본연구채용문헌자료、방담、문권조사、실험화수리통계등연구방법,통과무한체육학원망구전선학생전비기군쾌속역량훈련대상선구발구수평영향적실험연구득출:1)실험선취적자변량,즉망구운동원전비기군쾌속역량훈련방법지표시합괄적,기방법능교위유효지제고망구운동원전비기군적쾌속역량;2)침대훈련방법선취적측량지표(인변량)시합리적,능구측량출전비기군쾌속역량훈련적효과;3)실험조실시전비기군쾌속역량훈련후,전비기군적쾌속역량、상선구발구적성공솔화속도우우대조조。
The level of serve is reflected in two indicators,namely,serve speed and success rate. The serve with speed but without success rate can't be called high level serve,and vice versa.In a competitive game,though first serve is important,the second serve level greatly affects the stability and the overall level of serve throughout the game.Topspin serve is preferred in the second serve, and technically,the forearm muscle speed force is one of the key factors.Using literature review, interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,this research made an ex-perimental study on forearm muscle speed force training effect on serve level of tennis professional students in the Wuhan Sports University.The conclusions are drawn that 1)The experiment's inde-pendent variables,namely the index for tennis player forearm muscle speed force training methods is appropriate,which can improve these muscles more effectively;2)The measure index for training method selection (dependent variable)is reasonable and can reflect the training effect of the mus-cles;3)The experimental group that used the forearm muscle speed force training methods produced more forearm speed force,more success rate of second serve and "topspin serve"than the control group who used normal strength training.
