目的：探讨补肾活血法指导下的中药治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍（ ED ）的临床疗效。方法将36例糖尿病性ED的患者随机分为2组各18例。均用西药控制血糖，在此基础上，治疗组给予补肾活血汤药口服，对照组口服中成药右归丸，疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后国际勃起功能问卷表（ IIEF－5）评分变化，比较疗效。结果2组组内分别比较，治疗第4，8周末IIEF－5评分较治疗前均有显著提高（P＜0．05），随着治疗时间延长，评分有所提高（P＜0．05），而且治疗组明显高于对照组（P＜0．05﹚。治疗组总有效率为94．4％，对照组为72．2％，治疗组优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论补肾活血法中药汤药治疗糖尿病性ED有确切疗效。
목적：탐토보신활혈법지도하적중약치료당뇨병성발기공능장애（ ED ）적림상료효。방법장36례당뇨병성ED적환자수궤분위2조각18례。균용서약공제혈당，재차기출상，치료조급여보신활혈탕약구복，대조조구복중성약우귀환，료정균위8주。관찰치료전후국제발기공능문권표（ IIEF－5）평분변화，비교료효。결과2조조내분별비교，치료제4，8주말IIEF－5평분교치료전균유현저제고（P＜0．05），수착치료시간연장，평분유소제고（P＜0．05），이차치료조명현고우대조조（P＜0．05﹚。치료조총유효솔위94．4％，대조조위72．2％，치료조우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론보신활혈법중약탕약치료당뇨병성ED유학절료효。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicines on diabetes mellitus induced erectile dysfunction ( ED ) based on the method of tonifying kidney for promoting blood circulation. Methods 36 diabetes mellitus induced ED patients were randomly divided into two groups with 18 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine to control the blood glucose, while the treatment group was given herbal medicine of tonifying kidney for promoting blood circulation, and the control group was given Chinese patent medicine Youguiwan.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The scores of international index of erectile function-5 ( IIEF-5 ) before and after the treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results The IIEF-5 scores at 4 th and 8 th week were improved significantly in each group(P<0.05), and the scores kept improving with the treatment time prolonged (P<0.05).The score of treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%, while the control group 72.2%, the treatment group was superior to the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The herbal medicine with the function of tonifying kidney for promoting blood circulation has exact curative effect on diabetes mellitus induced ED.
