暂态稳定约束最优潮流问题是当前电力系统的研究热点之一。将该问题分解为暂态稳定评估、灵敏度分析和最优潮流等三个子问题交替迭代求解。采用EEAC法进行多预想故障的暂态稳定评估,并给出各不同稳定情况下的裕度表达式;通过轨迹灵敏度法得到稳定裕度关于控制变量的灵敏度,由此构造线性不等式约束;采用非线性原对偶内点法求解含简单稳定约束的OPF问题,并通过增加校正因子的方法避免过度调整问题,通过迭代求解使系统能够满足稳定裕度要求。该方法不仅能考虑多摆失稳问题,也能处理不同失稳模式的多故障问题。通过IEEE-39算例的仿真计算,验证了该方法的有效性。

Transient stability constrained optimal power flow (TSCOPF) is one of hot research issues of power system. It is divided into transient stability assessment, sensitivity analysis and OPF sub-problems to solve iteratively. Margin expressions under different conditions are given by EEAC equivalent. The margin sensitivities with regard to control variables are obtained by trajectory sensitivity, which constitute linear inequality constrains. The interior-point method is used to solve the stability constrained optimal power flow. Correction factor is used to avoid over-adjustment. In this way, power system can meet the given stability margin. This approach can consider multi-swing unstable problems and deal with multi-contingency problems under different unstable mode. Its effectiveness is validated on the IEEE 10-generator 39-bus system.
