针对新形势下高校学生特点，确立了班风及学风建设以第一课堂与第二课堂为载体，并从学校学院的纵向层面和班级的横向层面出发，采用思想教育、形势任务教育、创新学分、组织第二课堂活动、跨年级一对一结对等创新手段，形成“携手共进、求同存异、百花齐放”的班风、学风建设核心，为新时期的高校班风、学风建设提供借鉴与参考。

Considering the characteristics of university students under the new circumstances ,universi-ties should build class atmosphere and study style through both first -classroom teaching and second-classroom activities .T hey should be creative in ideological education ,situation and task education , innovation credit ,extracurricular activities and cross -grade pairing ,working hard to build united , harmonious and flourishing classes .
