研究卡介苗( BCG)感染对U937细胞系蛋白质乙酰化水平的影响。构建U937巨噬细胞模型,感染BCG后提取细胞总蛋白,western blot方法检测细胞总蛋白乙酰化水平的改变。结果表明,在分化成熟的U937细胞系中,BCG感染能够上调蛋白质乙酰化水平,引起表观遗传学的改变。

The effect of BCG infection on protein acetylation level in U937 cell lines was studied. U937 macrophage model was constructed,and then total cellular protein was extracted after infected with BCG. Western blot was used to detect the changes of total protein acetylation level. The results showed that the BCG infection upregulated the protein acetylation level in matured differentiated U937 cells,and caused in epigenetic changes.
