研究了纤维堆囊菌( Sorangium cellulosum) SoF5-76在5 L 发酵罐水平上发酵生产埃博霉素 B的基本工艺参数,具体考察了接种量、搅拌转速、通气量、添加消泡剂及补糖等5个工艺参数对埃博霉素B发酵产量的影响。最后确定发酵罐基本发酵条件为接种量9%,搅拌转速180 r/min,空气流量3.5 L/min,消泡剂种类选择Antifoam B聚醚类消泡剂,补糖控制在发酵液糖浓度为0.2 g/L,在此条件下埃博霉素B的产量可达25.6 mg/L。
研究瞭纖維堆囊菌( Sorangium cellulosum) SoF5-76在5 L 髮酵罐水平上髮酵生產埃博黴素 B的基本工藝參數,具體攷察瞭接種量、攪拌轉速、通氣量、添加消泡劑及補糖等5箇工藝參數對埃博黴素B髮酵產量的影響。最後確定髮酵罐基本髮酵條件為接種量9%,攪拌轉速180 r/min,空氣流量3.5 L/min,消泡劑種類選擇Antifoam B聚醚類消泡劑,補糖控製在髮酵液糖濃度為0.2 g/L,在此條件下埃博黴素B的產量可達25.6 mg/L。

In order to improve the production of epothilone B ,the effects of basic technological parameters of fer-mentation of Sorangium cellulosum SoF5-76 were studied in a 5 L pilot fermenter,concretely inoculation volume, stir rmp ,aeration rate ,addition of defoaming agent ,and sugar addition were investigated . Finally it was confirmed that basic fermentation condition of the fermenter were as follows:inoculation volume 9%,stir rmp at 180,aera-tion rate at 3. 5 L/min,selected B polyether defoamer as defoaming agent,and sugar concentration in fermentation broth was controlled at 0. 2 g/L. Under these optimum fermentation conditions,the yield of epothilone B was as high as 25. 6 mg/L.
