为研究多糖类物质用于生产低引燃倾向卷烟纸的可行性,选用了四种在食品中常用的多糖类物质制备成相应的涂料配方,采用印刷涂布方式生产低引燃倾向卷烟纸样品,并对样品进行了生产过程、纸面折皱及分切后盘纸评价及定量、扩散率的数据测定。试验结果表明:多糖类物质C和D具备采用印刷涂布方式生产低引燃倾向卷烟纸条件,设计的多糖类物质涂料配方满足工业化批量生产及低引燃倾向卷烟纸产品标准要求。

위연구다당류물질용우생산저인연경향권연지적가행성,선용료사충재식품중상용적다당류물질제비성상응적도료배방,채용인쇄도포방식생산저인연경향권연지양품,병대양품진행료생산과정、지면절추급분절후반지평개급정량、확산솔적수거측정。시험결과표명:다당류물질C화D구비채용인쇄도포방식생산저인연경향권연지조건,설계적다당류물질도료배방만족공업화비량생산급저인연경향권연지산품표준요구。
To study the feasibility of polysaccharide substances for the production of low ignition propensity cigarette paper, four polysaccharide substances commonly used in food were selected as the coating materials, low ignition propensity cigarette paper samples were prepared by coating and printing. Evaluations of production process, creases and slit bobbins were carried out to the samples as well as the determination of basis weight and diffusivity. The results showed that polysaccharide substances C and D are qualiifed for the production of low ignition propensity cigarette paper by coating and printing, the designed polysaccharide substances coating formulation meet the requirement of industrial production and in accordance with the standard of low ignition propensity cigarette paper.
