中国著名的数学家齐民友教授，在访谈中谈到数学教师职前教育和数学教育中的很多人们关心的问题。齐先生认为：要想成为一名优秀的教师，不仅要具备比较广博的数学学科知识，还应该懂得其它方面的学科知识，更应该具备一些新的教育理念。要重视中国的优良数学传统，既要看到中国数学教育成功的一面，也要看到不足的一面。让学生喜欢数学的同时，进一步提高学生的数学素养。数学教育改革的问题，最后要落实到教师培训的问题上。数学教学的改革必须追随数学科学的发展。

Professor Qi Minyou, a famous mathematician in China, talked about many widely-concerned issues of pre-service mathematics teacher education and mathematics education during the interview. Mr. Qi believes, to be an outstanding teacher require not only extensive mathematical knowledge, but also knowledge of other subjects, most importantly, new educational ideas are also needed. More attention should be paid to the fine mathematical tradition of our country, at the same time;both merits and demerits of Chinese education should be recognized. Besides, to make students interested in and love mathematics, efforts should be made to improve their mathematics attainment. About mathematics education reform, measures of reform should be implemented to teacher training, and direction of reform should be in accordance with the development of mathematical science.
