According to the production organizational mode and the existing machining process of swing valve of North Navigation Control Technology Co.,Ltd.,a present state graph was drawn by using value stream mapping technique,and the problem which restricts the production was found out in light of some basic methods of lean production and industrial en-gineering.The production line was improved by rearranging equipment layout and optimizing technological process based on the JIT production and the principle of reducing the costs and increasing the efficiency,a future state chart was drawn which can help the factory to make the future improvement decisions.It makes the enterprise has obtained the very good economic benefits.
